For this saree eCommerce shoot, we worked with a D2C ethnicwear brand that primarily sells on Myntra, with the objective of creating catalogue-ready visuals that feel modern, premium, and conversion-focused. Instead of styling the sarees in a purely traditional manner, we approached the draping and styling with a more contemporary fashion perspective. The sarees were draped in a modern, effortless way to make the imagery feel younger, sharper, and more relevant for today’s online shopper. The styling was planned accordingly, balancing the elegance of Indian ethnicwear with a clean, fashion-forward eCommerce aesthetic. The shoot focused on highlighting the fabric fall, silhouette, drape, texture, colour, and overall fit while keeping the visuals refined and marketplace-friendly. Since the brand sells heavily on Myntra, the imagery was created to meet the expectations of premium fashion eCommerce platforms while still giving the products a distinct visual identity. At GlamFlame Studios, we believe saree catalogue photography does not have to look dated or overly conventional. With the right draping, styling, lighting, model direction, and post-production, even eCommerce imagery can feel aspirational, modern, and highly scroll-stopping.
